Abdabs Community Theatre present Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play at the Corn Exchange, Market Square, Witney OX28 6AB on 27th-28th March 2020.

Abdabs is proud to perform a unique live radio play at the Corn Exchange in Witney consisting of a triple feature, complete with vintage commercials based on a book by Joe Landry.
We will bring to life for your enjoyment, spies, murder, love, and other trademarks of Alfred Hitchcock in the style of a live radio broadcast. We will perform for you some of Hitchcock’s exciting, strange and unusual stories. Join us as we move you in with The Lodger, experience the risk of Sabotage and climb The 39 Steps. We will recreate a daring train chase, a serial killer's ominous presence, and a devastating explosion through the magic of live sound effects and musical underscoring. This will be an evening of entertainment not to be missed!!

Director Debbie Ruth spoke of the challenge of acting in a live radio play, “this performance will allow our cast to showcase their acting talents in a different way to our previous shows.
