The Merry Wives of Windsor - Studio Theatre Club - Unicorn Theatre Abingdon

Merry Wives is a hilarious tale of two clever women who team up to prank a boastful, broke knight trying his luck with both of them. It's a light-hearted romp where wit and community spirit triumph over male ego and jealousy.

Sir John Falstaff, who's short on cash, decides to fix his financial woes by wooing two wealthy, respectable married women: Mistress Page and Mistress Ford. Unluckily for him, he makes a crucial mistake: he sends them both the exact same love letter.

The "merry wives" quickly compare notes and decide to teach the arrogant Falstaff a lesson he won't forget.
